Dogs at Hotel - Please Take Note!!!!

Please note that small (less than 50lbs) dogs are welcome at the Doubletree Hotel the festival weekend. However, there are some rules. You MUST let the hotel know ahead of time that you will be bringing a dog; you must complete a liability form that they will provide, and you must pay a small pet deposit. The critical thing is letting them know ahead of time. If you just show up with your furry friend, he or she will be asked to leave! There are no exceptions to the prior notice rule. That the hotel is offering this at all is a big concession as the hotel is generally not dog friendly. It’s only for our weekend, so please follow their rules so that we can continue to have this available.

Hospitality Suite - Doubletree Only

After the festival closes the party continues in the Doubletree by Hilton Campbell Centre Hotel lobby bar or in the back half of the Texas Ballroom, located behind the reception desk. The bar will remain open until 1 am this year.

It is an NTIF tradition for guests to meet with friends, exchange songs and tunes and enjoy a variety of session music till the wee hours. However, as a courtesy to other guests, please limit the sessions to the designated public areas. Loud music in the guest rooms is highly likely to upset your neighbors and prompt a visit from the hotel security staff.
