Chef Lane is a true Southerner born in Atlanta Georgia and reared in the Piney Woods of East Texas in the Big City of Hawkins. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas where he received a Bachelor's of science degree in business. Chef Lane took over The House of Lane catering company from his mother after she retired. He is the proud father of his only son Kira Lane Jr. and yes they also have the same birth day.  Chef Lane secured four NFL Super Bowl contracts starting with Super Bowl 45 here in Dallas, Super Bowl 46 in Indianapolis, Super Bowl 47 in New Orleans and Super Bowl 48 in New Jersey. Chef Lane was the director of operations for the Azar foundation for over 7 years. During that time he served 18,000 meals a day for 7 years for youth 0 to 18 years of age. In June of 2022 he made Cynthia Williams his wife and in the same month The Azar Foundation closed its doors. In the summer of 2019 Chef Lane was approached by Parties 2 U Texas to become their director of catering. In May of 2022 Chef Lane became a member of The Tiny House Association.  The association's main push is to make sure that our country's Workforce can obtain a Home of Their Own. Chef Lane now is the catering manager for fajita Pete's restaurants Dallas.
